The Heartware project

At Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium we believe that every child deserves equal opportunities. In our society, laptops have become indispensable for keeping up at school, doing homework and developing your talents. Yet a large group of children in Belgium grow up without their own laptop.

From that need, it is Heartware project genesis. We give used laptops a second life and deliver them to children and young people who need them most. This is how 'hardware' is transformed into 'heartware' - technology with a warm heart.

We cannot do this alone. Thanks to our strong collaboration with Telenet and TD Synnex, and the many entrepreneurs who support us, we manage to redistribute hundreds of devices and make a tangible difference. Together, we are building bridges to a future where digital inequality disappears.

And you can see that difference immediately: the happy faces of children receiving their own laptops for the first time.
